Hi doctor i have read your post on this board for a while and trust your advise I NEED HELP.
i am a married white male, 26 years old i recently visited an AMP and recieved a massage (she was fully clothed the entire time) and a handjob from the masseuse with lotion that she got out of a pump type bottle, after i ejaculated she can in the room with a warn towel to clean me off, i think the towel was steaming because she opened it and cooled it down before putting it on me.??The next few day i felt tingeling in my urethera which i attributed to be from the chemicals in the lotion.??I tried to abstain fro sex until the uretheral discomfort was gone.??That wednesday the 10th i had sex with my wife and i still had the discomfort but from reading on this board i did not think anything of it because it was a protected encounter.??I have had gonorrhea in the past and the feeling was all to familiar.??On sunday the 14th m wife complained of uti feeling and yellowish vaginal discharge.??We went to the doctor on the 18th and he prescribed us both z-pak's, i took mine in a single dose 1.5g and my wife took hers as directed.??On saturday the 20th my wife complained of more discharge (i was still having symptoms) we went back to the doctors and he gave me and her both 1000mg rocephin and 1g azithro, my wife only took rocephin shot.??I immediatly felt some relief within hours of the medication??but my wife's uti got worse so monday morning i called the doctor and asked if they could prescribe 2grams azithromycin (until we could get an appt with specialist the both of us) the doctor agreed and prescribed 2g Z-Max extended release oral suspension.??From what i have read on this medication the peak concentration in the blood is 57% lower than the immediate release so my wife took it along with 1000mg immediate release which at peak concentration would be equivilent to almost 1850mg of immediate release, i took only the z-max as at this point i was not feeliong 100%, and from previous std experience when treatment works relief comes within hours so i thought it would help.??I have experienced rocephin treatment failure with gonorrhea and the doctor retreated with 1000mg rocephin and 2g azithro which cured it (sept 10').??Ever since i have had paranoia about ceftriaxione resistant gonorrhea.??would this course of azithro work? would it be equivilent to a 2g single dose considering i have taken 4.5g of azithromycin in 5days so has she just in different doses.??So far iknow its a bacteria because it reacts to antibiotics and i know it is passed on sexually because my wife got symptoms after intercourse with me. was my assesment of the azithro my wife took correct that it was equivelent to 1850mg of immediate release?, if worst case scenario it was the ceftriaxione resistant strain)? why didnt it clear up with 1000mg rocephin could it be resistant ngu? dont kow what to do i am scared for my marriage and my wifes health i have quickly learned that the only safe sex is abstinance or monogamy.??Pleas help very worried and scared
