Cassandra Sanchez, a passenger on Sean Kingston's jet ski when he crashed it into a bridge in Miami over the weekend, won't be pressing charges against the "Beautiful Girls" singer.

"I know he didn't mean to get either of us hurt," Sanchez tells TMZ.com of the accident that sent Kingston to the hospital in critical condition and left her with sore ribs.

"I know this whole thing was just an accident. I won't be pressing any type of charges or hiring a lawyer.? Sean is a good guy," adds Sanchez.

"I am going to be visiting him in the hospital at some point soon and hope he has a speedy recovery," Sanchez goes on.

Doctors are expected to keep Kingston in the hospital for the next six weeks as he recovers.

According to his rep, he's "aware of what is going on around him" and? "is sedated but fully conscious."

Sanchez says that Kingston was driving "really fast" before they crashed.

After the impact, Sanchez says Kingston "was coughing up blood, foam and pink stuff.? When he opened his eyes, she says he kept repeating, "I'm hurting. I'm hurting."

"They have a tube down his throat so he can't really talk, but he is lucid and understands what's going on," she added.
